Summer at Central

Over the past season, we’ve been asking an important question: How do we invite people flourish in their kingdom calling in intentional ways? This question arises from our 2040 vision for Central to become a reimagined campus with 1 million encounters that turn into 2500 people living their kingdom-calling in their neighborhoods, families, and work.

As we’ve prayed and looked ahead to the future, we believe this summer is an opportunity to intentionally focus on steps to develop people, equip leaders, and prepare for what’s ahead this fall. With time dedicated to these things, beginning Sunday, June 7:

  • Worship Center services will move to one gathering at 10am
  • Chapel service will continue meeting at 9am
  • Central Students (Middle School + High School) will meet Sunday nights from 6-8pm.
  • Central Kids will continue to be available during both the 9am Chapel and 10am Worship Center services

This summer isn’t about doing less church, it’s about staff and daymakers creating more space for what matters most: to develop a strategy to equip people to live out their calling beyond Sunday mornings. We believe simplifying our structure for a season allows us to invest more deeply into that mission.

We’re grateful to walk into this new season together!
